Our customer began his journey with a 500 km drive from home, only to notice the dreaded engine overheating light flashing on his dashboard. Concerned, he visited an authorized Datsun dealership, where the coolant was replaced—promising a quick fix. However, just 300 km into his return trip to Bangalore, the overheating issue surfaced once more.

Desperate for a solution, he then consulted a local workshop, where the AC compressor was replaced, leading to a hefty bill. But shortly afterward, the engine overheating symbol reappeared. Our Diagnosis and Solution
When our engineer arrived, he ran the Datsun GO for about 30 minutes, carefully inspecting both the radiator fan and the AC compressor. Both components appeared to function properly, which ruled out an obvious mechanical fault. However, a closer inspection revealed a clogged radiator, with fins choked by muck and rust—a common but often overlooked cause of persistent overheating.
